All orders are shipped from the Netherlands, with free shipping within the country! For international orders, shipping costs will be added at checkout. We aim to send your bag within 1 week — unless it’s a pre-order (patience is key!). 
 

For orders outside the EU, VAT and import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs office of the destination country.

If you’re considering a return, we’re here to help. Just send us an email at nienzthebrand@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the bag is unused and in its original packaging. Keep in mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
